Responsibilities:
- Plan& manage daily store operations across the retail, e-shop, and warehouse
- Full oversight of the team, including overseeing recruitment, training, and performance feedback for the team in every position
- Meet sales targets, implement company guidelines, and lead the team
- Handle staff and customer issues (concerns, complaints, feedback) with ease and efficiency
- Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and development
- Enforce policies on cash handling, loss prevention, and safety
- Maintain visual standards to enhance customer appeal and drive sales
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Full understanding, desire, and following of the store’s policy
- Report trends and customer needs to supervisors and collaborate on improvements and growth of the company
- Cooperate actively and report regularly to supervisors
