Key Responsibilities for this HR Generalist role:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment, from drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating final hiring decisions
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that attracts top talent
  • Enhancing and overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a structured, engaging, and informative introduction to the company. Monitoring their integration and satisfaction during the first months to improve retention
  • Supporting core HR functions, including coordinating performance review processes, assisting in employee relations matters, and identifying training needs to enhance workforce development
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on HR data related to recruitment KPIs, employee retention, and workforce trends.
  • Providing strategic insights to improve decision-making and HR initiatives
  • Strengthening employer branding by developing talent attraction strategies, engaging in recruitment marketing, and enhancing candidate and employee experience
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, supporting policy implementation and HR documentation management

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this HR Generalist position should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR roles (hands-on experience in interviewing, onboarding, and HR reporting)
  • University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
