We are seeking talented and experienced Baristas/Bartenders to join our Extraordinary Team at Zelia Resort.
- Mixology Mastery: Preparing a wide range of classic and signature cocktails.
- Coffee Mastery: Preparing a range of coffees and espresso-based beverages, from classic lattes to innovative specialty drinks
- Guest Service Excellence: Providing exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and building lasting relationships.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and placing orders as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with the bar team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end setting/5 Star Hotel
- Extensive knowledge of coffee, spirits, wines, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred
