Your Role

As a Reservations Manager, you will oversee the hotel’s booking software and systems, ensuring accuracy in reservations, cancellations, and confirmations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs, travel agencies, corporate clients, and frequent guests while delivering exceptional pre-arrival service. Working closely with the Hotel Director, you will develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy, constantly monitoring and adjusting rates across all sales channels. Your role includes optimizing room availability, managing group reservations, handling special requests, and swiftly resolving overbookings and guest concerns. You will analyze booking trends, create insightful reports, and collaborate with the front desk, marketing, and sales teams to enhance guest satisfaction. Staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging technology, you will refine reservation processes and develop promotional packages to drive direct bookings. Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and utilizing guest feedback for continuous improvement, you will play a key role in elevating the overall guest experience.

This position offers a FULL-TIME contract, with 6 months in Athens and 6 months in Paros.

Professional Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Accomplished professional with 4 years of Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting
• Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred)
• Proficiency in financial calculations and Hotel PMS software, with knowledge of Opera or similar software as a prerequisite
• Excellent handling of booking channels including expert navigation of OTA extranets like Booking, and Expedia etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective rate plans and pricing policies.
• Skilled in expertly handling guest complaints with precision and professionalism
• Exceptional Time and Task Management
• Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality
• Multitasking and strong Memorization skills.
