Marketing Administrator (Kifissia)
Job Description
• Ensures the full implementation of marketing operating procedures by gathering and recording offers, creating, and communicating Purchase Orders to relevant suppliers, recording expenses, updating, and tracking PO records, and checking invoices while maintaining communication with the finance department.
• Ensures the effective implementation of contract management with partners and HCPs by updating all relevant materials, ensuring contractual agreements are fulfilled by the appropriate Product and BU Managers, checking invoices, and submitting required declarations to authorities on time in accordance with legal requirements in collaboration with Medical/RA.
• Actively engages in and organizes all necessary marketing and sales meetings, providing support to Product Managers during major congresses when needed.
• Monitors emails and efficiently addresses topics by forwarding relevant correspondence to the Marketing & Sales team.
