F&B attendant - Service & Bar (Skiathos ,Thessalia Greece)
Description
Santikos Collection, a renowned hospitality company known for its luxury resorts and
hotels, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B
Attendant to join our team. This position will be based at The Alex in
Kastella, Piraeus, providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued
guests.
As an
F&B Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service
and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will assist in the preparation and set-up
of dining areas, take orders, serve food and beverages, prepare soft drinks and
maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
We are
looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer
service, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced
environment. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality
industry is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Set up dining areas and ensure
they are clean and presentable.
- Welcome and seat guests in a
friendly and courteous manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage
orders from guests.
- Deliver orders to tables
promptly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer
service and address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by
anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables,
dining areas, and workstations.
- Assist with the preparation and
presentation of food and beverages.
- Adhere to health and safety
guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a
similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and
interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team
and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and
accuracy.
- Flexibility to work variable
shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional
languages are a plus.
