Customer Service Specialist with French
Location: Remote
Main responsibilities:
- Daily
customer contact through email, phone
- Processing customer orders for maintenance services
- Updating
customer data to ensure the accuracy of internal records
- Ensuring
an effective communication within internal departments
- Cooperation with subcontractors in order to provide customers with requested
services
- Handling
issues and following the designated escalation path
Position requirements:
- Previous
experience in a similar position
- Very good
command of English
- Good
command of French
- Previous
experience in a customer service experience position in the retail or
maintenance industry is desirable
- Excellent
organization of working time, including very well priorities setting
- Problem-solving skills and proactiveness and attachment to details
- Fast
comprehension and analytical and structured way of working
