HR Manager

Our Company, on behalf of its partner an Offshore Projects Vessel Operating Company, seeks to cover the position of the:
HR Manager. Location: Athens.

Responsibilities
• Development, planning and management of the HR department
• Implementation of the recruiting and staffing procedures, with compliance to regulatory concerns
• Implementation and coordination of the (in-house and external) training programs, budget and material
• Creating HR Record keeping, tracking trainings and renewals of mandatory certifications

• Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. A technical background is a plus
• At least 3-5 years of related experience. Experience in the marine industry is a plus
• Excellent use of English language (written and verbal)
• PC literate
• Strong organizational and people management skills
