Role purpose:
The job holder will be responsible to provide top-class customer service to our clientele base of Small Office / Home Office (SoHo) businesses, which in turn will grow customer loyalty and help shape the future of Vodafone. For our SoHo customers communication is of vital importance to keep their business running and YOU as the Business ICT Consultant will give them a first-class experience by meeting their needs via digital solutions.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Develop new business opportunities with prospect customers by introducing Vodafone’s Business Computing, Data, Electronic Invoicing and Cloud Services on customer sites.
- Perform daily existing customer visits, enquire with customer IT decision makers and analyze customer business requirements to recommend products and services that maximize value
- Understand different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate digital business solutions to fit their needs.
- Monitor results and provide monthly reports to the respective Business District Manager in order to increase efficiency in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Associate with Business Advisors and other commercial teams to identify and grow opportunities that lead our customers to digital transformation.
