Route Settlement Associate with Serbian (12 months contract)

Team: Market-To-Cash, Route Settlement

Location: Thessaloniki

Contract: 12 months (with extension opportunity)

Your New Key Responsibilities as Route Settlement Associate:

• Verify that all relevant documents have been received from the proper sources.
• Process the routes in the Sales Accounting System and enter accurate data.
• Ensure all documents received the same day have been processed.
• Extract movements from the system and provide reports to transportation companies for proper reconciliation of driver differences.
• Manage disputes and claims with the customers/drivers for the country under your responsibility.
• Manage daily and monthly validation checks.
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Is this you?

• I have a university or College Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any relevant field is considered as a plus.
• I am fluent in English & Serbian or Croatian or Bosnian.
• I have experience within a similar role. If is gained in a fast-moving, multinational company or in a Shared Services environment, it will be a plus.
• I have experience in working with ERP & CRM.
• I know how to use MS Office, and especially excel.
• I have strong customer focus, attention to detail and effective time management skills.
