Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek leading company with specialization
in professional laundry and cleaning services, is looking for a Sales Account Manager.

🖋️You will be reporting to: General Manager
What you will do:
The purpose
of the role is to drive the company’s growth by fostering lasting client
relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and enhancing the
company’s presence in market.
More specifically:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships
with existing and potential clients, including hotels, hospitals, and more.
- Manage key accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and
retention.
- Understand the customer needs and offer tailored solutions
that meet their requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify
industry trends, client needs, and emerge business opportunities to expand
client base.
- Handle customer inquiries and
provide prompt and effective solutions to their issues.
- Achieve and exceed the sales
targets and KPIs set by management.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or
a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a
similar position in the sales sector, preferably in hospitality would be
considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain connections with clients and key partners.
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools (etc.
Entersoft) and MS Office.
- Good understanding of English language.
- Willingness to travel as needed to
meet the clients.
