Infrastructure Assistant
Location: Mandra, West Attica
SARMED, a leading company in Logistics (3PL) is looking to recruit an Infrastructure Assistant. The successful candidate will be reporting to Infrastructure & Project Manager and will support maintenance of facilities and equipment within organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participation in conduction of infrastructure maintenance plan, targeting to achieve the most efficient operation of equipment and facilities
- Assignments to external maintenance teams, coordination of the teams
- Record and update electronic file of damages and actions that need to be planned
- Communication and effective collaboration with unit managers for the development and implementation of repairing process
- Support in procurement processes required and selection of suitable partners
- Receipt and control of invoices from the cooperating maintenance teams
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least one (1) year of working experience in relevant position
- Advanced user of MS Office and familiarity with Design Software
- Fluent in English
