Description / Requirements Role purpose

• Provide private & corporate concierge services worldwide to the Elite Members

Key accountabilities

• Provide concierge services to the Elite Members
• Secures Elite renewals
• Follows up with members on New Proposals on weekly basis
• Creates longstanding relationships with Members and Suppliers
• Liaise between the finance and the marketing Teams
• Develops the Quintessentially brand in the marketplace

Candidate profile Personality, Knowledge and Experience

• Interpersonal Skills (Communication Skills, Manners, Self-Management, Responsibility & Accountability)
• Sense of Luxury, Attention to Detail, Higher Quality Standards
• High Growth Environment, fast paced need for Initiative, Proactivity
• Ability to cope with Complex Projects and Tight Deadlines, Problem Solving Competencies
• At least two years of experience in Client Service position
• Commercial Approach
• International Exposure
• Marketing Skills is an asset
• Ability to travel Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language. Other foreign languages will be an asset.
• Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration
