As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of all F&B outlets, ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director, this role is focused on hands-on management of daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring the seamless execution of service across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and seamless coordination with the culinary team
- Participate in daily operational meetings and cross-departmental discussions to align on resort objectives and resolve potential bottlenecks
- Ensures SOP implementation in F&B department
- Ensure guest feedback is collected, analyzed, and used to enhance the overall service experience
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that service delivery exceeds guest expectations
- Lead the F&B service team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation
- Act as a mentor for team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance
- Actively participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members
