Trenkwalder for it's client, a Tank container operating company, is currently seeking for a Sales Representative, preferably with a few years of experience in the freight forwarding field (sea, road, rail).
Fluent English is a must!
Main duties / key accountabilities:
- Contact the designated customer base, identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate with the customer in order to close profitable deals
- Promote the complete range of company's services, in order to maximize cross selling and profitability
- Establish long-lasting relations with customers that will ensure customer retention
- Systematically address to potential customers in order to increase market awareness
- Complete all necessary daily, weekly and monthly activities in SAP/CRM and other additional ad-hoc reports, if requested
- Participate in exhibitions, events and business trips
- Collect market information regarding customers and competitors and pass it on to the company’s management
- Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines and local requirements
- Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
- Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire providing feedback to sales team
- Actively follow-up the orders with the operation department
