ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a FMCG multinational company, leader in the Tobacco industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated HoReCa Business Developer with a positive, can do attitude to join the Marketing department.

📌 Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens

📅 Working Days and Hours: Flexible

💼 Contract: 1 year, with perspective of renewal

🖊️ Reports to: Activation Deployment Executive E&E GMC

What you will do:

  • Responsible to identify HORECA outlets, events and high traffic venues that can support company’s B2C activities
  • Negotiates with relevant stakeholders and achieves closure of deals that will maximize brand awareness and ensures KPIs are met based on cycle plans
  • Builds relationships, develops a business strategy, and maximizes business opportunities for company’s products within Athens and other main cities in Greece
  • Proposes branding of areas in cooperation with BTL agencies and ensures excellence in execution according to brand standards
  • Ensures installation of engaging materials and execution of engagement mechanisms
  • Opens and identifies alternative channels of sales, supporting the whole process from the wholesaler the outlet
  • Monitor performance and frequent follow ups with correcting actions  
  • Assists in management of BTL agency personnel (B2C hostesses) and tracking on a day-to-day basis sales performance56
  • Manage daily production activities during the shift, ensuring timely product output

What we are looking for: 

  • Sales experience with a proven track record of deal-making and business development
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • Established network of outlets will be considered as plus
  • Fluency in Greek & English (written & oral)
  • PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
  • A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up
  • Respects brand guidelines
