LMW is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Tax Consultant to join our client's team, in Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role involves daily communication with potential and existing clients, both remotely and in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Identify clients' financial needs and focus on expanding their business activities
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with clients and strategic sales approaches
- Ensure compliance with corporate quality policies and monitor customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with all company departments and offices (marketing, invoicing, customer experience, and engagement) to achieve exceptional customer service and management
- Achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in customer service
- Sales experience
- Previous experience in a consulting firm is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Good command of the English language
