The Client

A multinational Contact Center Provider for well known international firms is seeking to expand its ENGLISH Customer Care department.

Workplace location: Client’s regional offices at south suburb of Athens.

You should be able to communicate (both orally and written) at ENGLISH at a native level. Successful applicants will be asked to demonstrate their language knowledge through testing.

You need to be able to work at shifts.

You have to be graduate of High School (at least) and PC literate. Knowledge of technical issues (resolving software related problems etc.) will be highly appreciated. Characters with passion for providing excellent customer and team players are welcomed.
