Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As an Sales Operations Manager in this role you will be responsible for:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the biogas plant waste management sector.
  • Ensure and optimize feedstock in terms of quality and quantity for the smooth and compliantoperation of the biogas plants.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients/suppliers and understand their needs.
  • Manage all logistic aspects of the waste procurement and digestate disposal.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients/suppliers
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client/supplier needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between clients/suppliers and the technical team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients/suppliers on waste management solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients/suppliers Develop customized waste management plans based on client requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in biogas plant waste management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with key counterparties, such as waste suppliers, waste.
  • collection companies , land owners, farmers, to meet or exceed targets
  • Identify clients/partners for plants’ needs on digestate treatment and ensure smooth supply chain.
  • Explore new business opportunities related to feedstock sourcing and digestate treatment.


The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Operations Manager will be expected to possess the following:
  • Academic background in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven interest within the broader waste management sector
  • Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in analyzing data for key performance metrics and trends
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written, is essential
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Greece


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management commercial positions
