The Deputy Plant Manager is responsible to:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency
• Oversee production activities to meet quality and quantity targets
• Manage and control budgets to ensure financial sustainability
• Recruit, train, and onboard employees to build a skilled and motivated team
• Analyze and monitor production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement suggestions
• Evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback for professional growth
• Ensure proper resource allocation and efficient work schedules
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

The Deputy Plant Manager should have:

• Postgraduate degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Proficiency in MIS and MS Office applications
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in project management and people management.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
