Περιγραφή

Our company, a leader in the sales of sports shoes, clothing and equipment in the Balkan market, is looking  for an E-Commerce Specialist for our headquarters in Glyfada.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing all sales processes and procedures on the webshop, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives. Utilizes data-driven insights to continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, driving improvements to maximize effectiveness and revenue generation.

  • Monitoring and achieving KPI parameters for online shops.
  • Tracking, analysing, improving, and reporting on all parameters affecting sales.
  • Knowledge and application of pricing policies, price control on the webshop.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on competition.
  • Inventory control and management on the webshop in line with business requirements.
  • Planning sales activities on the webshop.
  • Enhancing and controlling the webshop from a sales perspective.
  • Implementation and monitoring of brand-provided guidelines.
  • Applying company standards and controlling the visual appearance/identity of the webshop.
  • Leading and participating in strategic projects for eComm

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

A relevant diploma or certification in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Additionally, specialized training or certifications in sales management, e-commerce, or digital marketing are advantageous.

  • Minimum of two (2) year of experience in e-commerce sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an online retail environment.
  • Experience in analysing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing initiatives to optimize sales performance.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce sales principles and strategies.
  • Ability to analyse simple sales data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with basic pricing policies, inventory management concepts, and competitor analysis.
  • Basic proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and sales techniques.
  • Problem-solving skills to address minor challenges in the sales process.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Customer service orientation with a desire to provide satisfactory experiences for online shoppers.
