LMW Group is a dynamic company focused on providing innovative human resource solutions, encompassing recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll management. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach to managing our client's workforce across various industries.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for a 12 month fixed contract, on behalf of a leading European copper tubes producer and sole copper tubes producer in Greece, Middle East and Africa. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data accuratelyManagement of the ERGANI System (hirings, attendance, overtime records, work schedules)
  • Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing reports and resolving discrepanciesRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and provide solutions
  • Keep up-to-date with payroll legislation changes and implement necessary updates
  • Maintain employee records (both electronic and physical files)
  • Assist in generating payroll reports and presenting payroll data (overtime, bonuses, and other forms of compensation)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics , Finance, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in payroll software SAP (preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English
