Your responsibilities for this Sales Support Analyst will be:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
• Liaise with other departments, such as logistics, finance, marketing
• Evaluate existing sales documentation and reporting (pricing, KPIs) and developing them
• Maintaining and improving sales related (pricing, forecast, CRM, order flows) digital tools
• Maintain and update customer records and prices in ERP, CRM systems and other digital tools
• Generate reports and dashboards and analyze them to sales data, pricing performance and profitability
• Track sales targets, performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement 
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with competitor benchmark, market trends and business goals
• Record and follow up contractual conditions

For this Sales Support Analyst  position, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English and Greek. French is an advantage
• good PowerBi skills
• Excellent Excel and Ms Office skills
• Affinity to digital platforms, solutions and tools
