ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational travel agency, is seeking for a Sales Support Officer.

 📌 Location: Athens, Greece

🖋️ Reporting: Business Development Manager

Key Objective: The Sales Support Officer plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. His/her responsibilities typically include a mix of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks.

 💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating quotes, invoices, sales agreements, and other documents required by the sales team or clients.
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales data to help the sales team make informed decisions.
  • Responding to customer queries about products, services, pricing, and availability.
  • Addressing customer complaints or issues and escalating them to the appropriate team if necessary.
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to streamline processes.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns or events that drive sales.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics, such as targets, quotas, and conversion rates.

Candidates Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Officer, ideally 2-3 years.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient user in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization) and experience in generating detailed sales reports.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.
