General Characteristics:
Oversees and manages production operations across multiple shifts within 2 manufacturing facilities, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective production of high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical or chemical engineering with experience in manufacturing management. A comprehensive understanding of material standards, safety regulations, and process controls is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize the allocation of manpower, machinery, and raw materials to ensure cost-effective operations while meeting production goals.
- Guide Unit Supervisors to ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with quality control standards.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment in strict accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in the Recruitment process, organize, train and motivate the production workforce to consistently achieve production schedules while maintaining optimal productivity and cost levels. Resolve grievances as necessary.
