Your ‘day to day’:
- Lead the Indirect Retail Team in your region and provide effective guidance to meet business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities at the sub-territory level, and develop and roll out specific action plans to support continuous user growth.
- Monitor and analyze relevant market information to maintain comprehensive regional knowledge that supports business decisions.
- Increase product awareness through the retail channel. Maximize product availability and manage out-of-stock situations at Points of Sale by engaging and educating retailers to ensure proper stock levels.
- Analyze sales cycle results for the assigned area and provide constructive feedback to the Regional and Commercial Planning Teams to improve the quality and standards of future sales cycle activities
