Team Leader

Job Description

• Installation of new cables both underground and aerial, testing using a variety of equipment, and recording results.

• Follow specific workmanship instructions and be receptive to changing priorities.

• Developing a strategy to help the team reach targets,

• Preparing material requirement lists for installations after surveys

• Communicating with clients on-site to find solutions

• Leading and clearly communicating information to team members

• Providing assistance to co-workers in specific situations

Candidate’s Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Communications Engineering, or/and related field with Electrician’s license

• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in the fiber optic field

• Holding Working at Heights Certification and High Voltage Work Certification

• Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written

• Willingness to travel

• Willingness to work extended hours

• Strong compliance and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under pressure
