A shipping company, located in the Northern Suburbs of Athens, seeks an experienced person as Administration Assistant / Receptionist for providing secretarial and administrative support.
Candidates should have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
Required qualifications are Fluent in English language, computer literacy and 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant position.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage electronic scheduling of calendars including appointments and coordination of meetings with proficiency and accuracy
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision and attention to detail
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry and preparation of reports
- Coordinate office supply orders and inventory management
- Monitor and report on the job performed by the professional cleaning service of the office space
