As we expand our operations in Greece, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and results-driven Procurement & Logistics officer, to strengthen our supply chain function in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization, where you will play a vital role in managing suppliers through sourcing and negotiations, overseeing inventory control, and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
Your Role:
As the Procurement & Logistics Officer, you will lead our supply chain function in Greece, ensuring our restaurants receive high-quality ingredients and materials efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as experience in managing supplier relationships and logistics in the food service or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supplier Management
• Identify, evaluate, and establish long-term partnerships with trusted local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms with vendors.
• Monitor market trends and anticipate supply chain challenges.
Logistics & Inventory Optimization
• Oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods across multiple restaurant locations.
• Manage inventory levels, preventing shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
Cost Control & Budgeting
• Develop and oversee the procurement budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement while maintaining product quality.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure that all purchased goods meet the required health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and logistics documentation.
• Perform regular audits to verify stock accuracy and goods standards
