Περιγραφή

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, is seeking for dedicated individuals to join their customer service team as a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with their products or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • End-to-end completion of assigned cases
  • Participation in the improvement of procedures followed in daily work

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German & English (both written and verbal) is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work 24/7/365 to ensure continuous support
