In this role, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with their products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- End-to-end completion of assigned cases
- Participation in the improvement of procedures followed in daily work
