A Greek-owned company with a stellar reputation and extensive experience in the hospitality industry is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team.

Your Role:

• Develop and implement online & offline marketing strategies.
• Manage all Social Media platforms and create engaging content.
• Oversee the annual marketing budget and strategy execution.
• Optimize and manage websites, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Create and execute campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials (brochures, menus, etc.).
• Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Build relationships with partners and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure all channels reflect the brand identity (TripAdvisor, OTAs, Google Maps, etc.). 

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing/digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress CMS, and social media platforms.
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic photo/video editing.
• Skills in newsletter design, campaign execution, and audience segmentation.
• Strong creative thinking, analytical skills, and time management.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
