Outlet Manager (Restaurant or Bar)

Our recruiting season for 2025 has started and we are looking to recruit associates for our Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant(s) and bar(s), ensuring exceptional service and the highest standards of guest experience!

Position: Outlet Manager (Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager)
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract starting around April 2025
Location: Corfu, Greece

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and manage a diverse team, including waiters, assistant waiters, bartenders, and supervisors
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times
• Collaborate with the culinary and other teams to create memorable guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage inventory and stock control, ordering supplies as necessary
• Monitor financial performance and ensure the outlet meets profitability goals
• Ensure the outlet adheres to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally in a luxury restaurant or bar setting
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a passion for hospitality
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Solid understanding of 5* hospitality operations & inventory management
• Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment
• A dedication to delivering a world-class guest experience
