Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is a mid-senior level, full-time, on-site position that will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth of our company.
As a Digital Marketing Executive at WayMore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

This on-site position requires your physical presence at our office located at 2Km Litis Thessalonikis, Thessaloniki, Greece. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising
Lead the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Daily Tasks
Monitor and manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and creating compelling content
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools
Coordinate with the content team to develop and schedule blog posts, articles, and other marketing materials
Optimize and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
Review and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital channels
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with WayMore's business goals and target audience
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
Utilize marketing automation tools, including WayMore's platform, to streamline and optimize marketing processes
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms
Collaborate with the product team to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of WayMore's platform
Manage the company's social media presence, developing strategies to increase engagement and grow follower base
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention initiatives
Analyze marketing metrics and create comprehensive reports to track ROI and campaign performance
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing assets
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead nurturing strategies and support the sales funnel
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain WayMore's competitive edge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
6-8 years of overall working experience, with 4-6 years of experience specifically in digital marketing roles
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
