As a Hospitality Agent you will:
- Visit our properties across the Kolonaki Area for quality control inspections before and after every guest
- Oversee our cleaning team
- Note and see to every maintenance need, oversee contractor appointments
- Manage our inventory unit
- Communicate with guests and respond to their daily requests
Essential skills are:
- Problem Solving
- Attention to Detail
- Can-do Attitude
Requirements:
- Communication Skills (some B2C experience will be appreciated)
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft excel / Outlook / Teams)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Flexibility and proximity to the apartments will be highly considered
