Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Accountant

ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking a candidate for the position of Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Accountant at Accounting & Finance Department, on behalf of its client., one of the leading Greek food export companies. The selected candidate will join their dynamic team and assist in actively managing all procedures related to the coordination of Accounting, Billing, and Accounts Receivable processes.

This position is a fixed-term contract (1 year) to cover a maternity leave, with the potential for renewal.

Requirements

• Processing of invoices, following export invoicing procedures and conditions (also issuing debit- credit notes).
• Generation and maintenance of accurate account statements.
• Performance of account reconciliations.
• Maintenance of accounts receivable files and records.
• Support credit control processes.
• Support bank account reconciliation processes.
• Posting journal entries.
• Posting new customer accounts.
• Perform general administrative tasks of the finance & accounting department.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluency in English (basically in written).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
