Basic requirements

• At least 2 year previous experience

• Organized, honest, polite, trustworthy, patient, team player

• Have knowledge of service operations

• Must be able to communicate clearly with kitchen and guests

• Be able to work under pressure for long periods of time

• Understands and follows deadlines according to company’s directions and decisions

• Ability to communicate fluently in English (additional knowledge of Greek and/or Russian language will be considered an advantage)
