About the Job:

Due to our continuous expansion, we’re seeking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in the field  Incoming tourim whose main responsibility is to ensure customer’s satisfaction and craft unforgettable memories making each journey remarkable.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage group requests with precision
• Proactively track clients' preferences to enhance sales
• Ensure the implementation of the most cost-effective pricing, fees, and payment policies
• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, transportation and land services
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with professionalism
• Creating and selling travel packages

• Possess proficiency in Forth CRS & Liknos ferry ticketing systems
• Be familiar with Travel Force
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral in Greek and English
• Knowledge of Chinese will be a strong asset
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage numerous clients and projects effectively
• Self-driven and self-motivated
• Problem-solving skills
• Proactive and team player
