Crystal Waters has been operating in Lefkada since 2018, employing more than 90
associates during the tourist season.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient, and
courteous service
- Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions
- Answer to guests’ requests and questions by phone or at the desk in
a timely and polite manner
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information to guests in regards of facilities and services
of the hotel and the island
- Provide information about the availability and rates in
collaboration with the reservation department
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the Front Office department in a
4* or 5* hotel
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
- Computer literacy & Knowledge of Hotel PMS (knowledge of
Fidelio will be considered as an asset)
- Fluency in Greek & English, extra languages would be considered
a plus
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Teamwork spirit
