As a Logistics Coordinator your responsibilities will be:

• Planning, managing, and monitoring the import schedule.
• Managing order placement and ensuring smooth execution in coordination with the warehouse.
• Reviewing and entering order documents into the ERP system.
• Communicating product availability and expected delivery dates to relevant departments.
• Organizing and supervising transportation, customs procedures, and partnerships with 3PL providers.
• Registering new products and maintaining updated records in the ERP system.
• Working closely with suppliers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
• Overseeing inventory management and processes related to the warehouse and showroom.

The ideal candidate for the position of Logistics Coordinator will have:

• Bachelor's or Technical University degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and BI systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
