We are looking for new dynamic
colleagues to support our Compliance team in all compliance, AML and regulatory
activities. In particular, you will support our AML and Compliance Officer in
the preparation of guidelines, procedures, the preparation of documents for
license extensions and to offer additional products and European passporting
requirements and, of course, in monitoring, research and reporting.

In
this position, you would work with colleagues, partners and customers at an international
level, supporting and guiding them in all compliance activities. The role
requires and offers flexibility in terms of working hours, training, insights
into governance and compliance, regulatory know-how and legal background.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the regulatory environment to identify regulatory
changes, advise on these, assist in guiding the relevant areas to implement or
amend policies, standards, processes
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive
regulatory inventory
- Support the execution of compliance and operational
risk reviews and assessments
- Monitoring, research and reporting
- Support
Tech Development teams with advice, testing and feedback for compliance
relevant tasks
- Ensure that “own” compliance tasks and control improvements
are identified and addressed appropriately and in a timely manner. Contribute
to the development of risk coverage plans, perform monitoring, testing and risk
assessments, and communicate the results to stakeholders
- Reviewing business
and compliance processes, products and services with the purpose of risk
identification, reporting and strengthening processes.
- Assisting in the
creation of compliance and business plans and regulatory license applications,
and creating all required procedures and policies.
