Sales associate
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our tear as Sales Associates for a temporary store located in Mykonos. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, representing our brand of Brazilian men's resortwear.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional custorner service, assisting with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
- Maintain an organized store, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions efficientiy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store overali success
- Stay knowledgeable about product features, company policies to communicate with customers
- Fulfill operational tasks as requested per the manager.
- Basic use of systems to register sales, communicate with clients and create reports
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Fluent in English, additional languages such as Greek or Portuguese is a plus
- Must be available to work during the summer season from April to November in Mykonos
