We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our high-end luxury brand store in Kifisia as a Retail Seller.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing luxury fashion items
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including materials, styles, and trends
- Create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for each customer
- Ensure the visual presentation of the store meets the highest standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while representing the brand
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Relevant coursework or certification in Retail Management or Fashion will be considered a plus)
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and designer brands
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Fluent in English (Additional language skills such as German or Italian will be considered advantageous)
