Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization, based in the United States, providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. JOB PURPOSE
Management of NFI distribution team and all scheduling, reporting, and supply chain management related to distribution activities in European Refugee Crisis operations across Chios, Greece.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct distributions with special care for and monitor needs of refugees and vulnerable persons.
· Coordinate NFI activities with close communication with the UNHCR Program Manager.
· Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain of NFI items and its storage.
· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of ongoing programs activities, in line with Chios SOP.
· Represent SP at attend meetings with other INGOs, NGOs, and government representatives
· Record, collect and maintain data for distribution. Produce timely and accurate program reports to SP and various partners. Includes: iform, toolbox, pipeline, email reports and others as needed.
· Assist and implement schedules for staff at the following locations: Souda, Tabakika and Dipethe.
· Ensure programmatic activities for all sites are operational are functional
· Serve as the security focal point Manage Human Resources Monitor financial risk, reporting, and program budgets.
· Assess, manage, and report critical physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns of all supervised staff.
· Facilitate good community relations by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with, Government officials, the UN, non-government organizations, vendors and community.
· Maintain a strong Christian witness to communities, colleagues, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager & Area Coordinator
