Inter Cars Greece is looking for Payroll Specialist for Company’s Head Quarters in Attika - Elliniko.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor the staff payroll and benefits, maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and perform
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and documents
- Produce necessary dashboards (monthly-quarterly-annual basis) to monitor budget, targets and evaluate progress
- Maintain the HR database records for all employees ensuring meeting procedural and legislative requirements
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Update internal database with new personnel information and maintain HR records
- Participate in developing and updating company's policies, organizational guidelines, and procedures
Key Requirements of qualified candidate:
- BSc in Business Administration, Financial or Accounting Studies
- 3-4 years of working experience in a relevant position
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, etc.) & reporting knowledge
- Knowledge of the required forms for Ergani
- Very good knowledge of Labour Legislation
- Knowledge of Greek General Chart of Accounts
