As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, maximizing store profitability, and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will represent the brand’s heritage and values, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
👗 Customer Focus:
- Set high standards for customer service and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience.
- Develop and oversee store promotions, ensuring the team is informed about all offers and collections.
- Drive effective visual merchandising strategies to maintain store aesthetics and enhance the customer experience.
🏬 Store Environment & Productivity:
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor performance.
- Optimize product displays and stock levels, focusing on best-sellers and seasonal items.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs, providing feedback to maintain high standards.
👥 Team Leadership & People Management:
- Foster a positive team environment, mentoring and developing staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Oversee recruitment and ensure effective onboarding for new hires.
- Conduct performance reviews and actively address performance issues.
⚙️ Operational Excellence:
- Manage store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in fashion retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.
- Advanced knowledge of stock management, retail dynamics, and visual merchandising.
