Responsibilities:
- Arrange telephone restaurant reservations and strictly follow all telephone usage guidelines as described in the departmental operational manual.
- Have excellent knowledge of the CRR software and the Dinner Reservations section of the Mobile Application.
- Handle guests’ requests with flexibility and provide customized customer care.
- Provide daily reports with all the guests whose expectations have not been met.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.).
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
- Strong communicative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
