Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development & Sales Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, managing the sales process, and building strong client relationships.The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in business development and sales, positioning our agency for sustained success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target industries and clients that align with our services.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions from our portfolio of web development and digital marketing services.
- Present proposals and deliver compelling pitches that showcase our value.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
- Develop a scalable business development strategy for ongoing growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with project execution.
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities to build our presence.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights.
- Gather client feedback to inform future strategies and improve our offerings.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in web development or digital marketing is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and create processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus!).
