You are responsible for:
- Ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and motivate sales team to
meet sales objectives and goals
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies

health and safety regulations
- Manage the store’s inventory and

Your Education & Qualifications are:
- BSc in Business Administration,
Interior Design, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Store
Manager, in a similar luxury retail setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite, ERP, CRM
- Excellent knowledge of English language

interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with high-end clientele,
fostering customer loyalty and repeat business
- Strong sales and negotiation
abilities to effectively sell luxury products and meet sales targets

- Profound knowledge of luxury goods
and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends and products in the
luxury furniture market
- Highly developed communication
skills to efficiently interact with customers, staff, and upper management, and
to articulate the unique selling points of luxury items
- Financial acumen to manage budgets,
pricing strategies, sales targets, and inventory levels effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure
that all aspects of the store, including visual merchandising and store layout,
meet the highest standards suitable for luxury retail
- Problem-solving abilities to address
customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively
