We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager for Luxury Furniture and Interior decoration, to oversee our clients’ high-end store operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for luxury goods, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Store Manager responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

  You are responsible for:

  •  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage and motivate sales team to meet sales objectives and goals
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
  • Develop business strategies to attract new customers and optimize profitability
  • Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations
  • Manage the store’s inventory and ensure it is always well-stocked
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Train new employees and provide feedback and coaching to the staff
  • Monitor and report on store sales performance and metrics
  • Organize promotional events and oversee visual merchandising

 Your Education & Qualifications are:

  •  BSc in Business Administration, Interior Design, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Store Manager, in a similar luxury retail setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, CRM
  • Excellent knowledge of English language

You are a professional with:

  •  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with high-end clientele, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities to effectively sell luxury products and meet sales targets
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to oversee the store’s staff, ensure efficient operations, and maintain a positive working environment
  • Profound knowledge of luxury goods and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends and products in the luxury furniture market
  • Highly developed communication skills to efficiently interact with customers, staff, and upper management, and to articulate the unique selling points of luxury items
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, pricing strategies, sales targets, and inventory levels effectively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the store, including visual merchandising and store layout, meet the highest standards suitable for luxury retail
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively
