Account Manager (HR Services)

Account Manager


What you'll do:

• Develop and manage client relationships by identifying their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Actively prospect and acquire new business opportunities within assigned territory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to meet business objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results.

• Bachelor's Degree is considered an asset 
• Previous experience in account management or B2B sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A positive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
