Our recruiting season for 2025 has started and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club / Childcare Assistant to join our team, providing a safe, engaging, and fun-filled environment for children in our Kids Club.

Position: Kids Club / Childcare Assistant
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract
Location: Corfu, Greece

As a Kids Club / Childcare Assistant, you will deliver a wide range of exciting activities and experiences tailored to children of all ages. Your role will be to ensure a safe and joyful environment where kids can play, learn, and engage in creative activities, while parents enjoy the world-class amenities of our resort. You will be a key part of our team, creating memories that children and their families will cherish for a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities for children, ensuring a balance of fun and educational experiences
• Supervise and engage with children in a safe, nurturing environment, providing care and attention throughout the day
• Foster an atmosphere of creativity and exploration, encouraging children to express themselves through games, arts, crafts, and outdoor activities
• Ensure that all children are well-supervised and that their well-being is always prioritized
• Communicate effectively with both children and their parents, keeping them informed about daily activities, schedules, and any special events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play area, ensuring all equipment and materials are sanitized and in good condition
• Adhere to all safety and child protection policies in line with the resort’s standards

What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children, ideally in a childcare, recreation, or similar role (experience in a hospitality setting is a plus)
• Passion for childcare and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional experience for children and families
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a love for engaging children in fun and educational activities
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with both children and parents
• First aid and child safeguarding certifications (preferred, but training can be provided)
• A professional appearance in line with the 5-star standards of the resort
